Valuable Term Life and AD&D Insurance

For Active Members Only

NJPSA automatically provides a $10,000 Term Life and $10,000 Accidental Death benefit to all Active Members. In addition, NJPSA also provides Voluntary Term Life and AD&D benefits through our basic insurance program.

In an effort to continue these valuable coverages and maintain the optimal member-paid voluntary Term Life and AD&D programs, the association has chosen MetLife Insurance Company for their high standard of quality and service.

MetLife provides a Confidential Enrollment and Beneficiary Form and return envelope which active new members must complete and return within the first 15 days of receipt membership information.
